Sibley & Co. is owned and run by Joe Sibley.

Born and bred on the Isles of Scilly, Joe has a proven track record of delivering high-quality, bespoke new builds tailored to the unique needs of his clients. Whether working on custom residential projects or larger commercial developments, he emphasises precision, craftsmanship, and the importance of bringing each client’s vision to life.

Joe holds a First Class degree in Building Surveying from the University of Plymouth and has spent the past 10 years working on a diverse range of construction projects across the South West. His experience includes roles such as:

• Project Manager at Macegreen Consulting

• Facade Manager at Kier Construction

• Construction Manager at Kingsley Developments

In addition to these positions, Joe has successfully led and managed various complex new build and renovation projects, including those adhering to Passivhaus standards.

Joe has volunteered for the RNLI as Helm, Navigator and Mechanic for the past 10 years and is a keen sailor and kitesurfer.
